What We Built
A platform that connects the front of house, the admin layer and the facility's hardware in one place.
License plate recognition cameras
We integrated ALPR cameras that read the plate on entry and exit: the barrier opens on its own and the ticket is issued without paper or a booth, with full traceability.
Automatic amount calculation
The system calculates the amount due on its own based on stay time and the facility's rate: at exit, the charge is ready, with no cashier or manual math.
POS terminal with payment software
We set up a POS terminal with our own software to charge directly from the device: the operator takes card payments and the sale is logged in the platform.
Integrated IoT barriers
Entry and exit barriers connected to the system: every opening is logged and orchestrated with payment.
SII electronic receipts
Automatic issuance and signing of the electronic receipt with Chile's SII on every confirmed payment, fully compliant from day one.
Self-payment kiosk
Customers enter their plate, see the time-based amount and pay at the kiosk or with MercadoPago, in seconds.
Live control room
Occupancy, revenue, receipts and active tickets in real time. The team operates with data, not spreadsheets.

Challenges and Solutions
Challenge
Running a parking lot with a booth, paper tickets and manual charging is slow, expensive and hard to audit.
Implemented Solution
We built a SaaS platform that orchestrates the entire vehicle journey: the ALPR camera reads the plate, the barrier opens on its own and the ticket is born digital.
Challenge
Charging and receipts were the bottleneck: a cashier, change, and receipts issued manually against the SII.
Implemented Solution
We integrated a self-payment kiosk and MercadoPago with time-based pricing, and the electronic receipt is issued and signed automatically with the SII when payment is confirmed.
Challenge
Operators with several facilities had no consolidated visibility or per-branch control.
Implemented Solution
We designed the platform as multi-facility: one account with a super admin, consolidated reports, and separate rates, users and permissions per parking lot.
